Scraggy Point is located at E entrance to Sinitsin Cove, Salisbury Sound, on Kruzof I., 24 mi. NW of Sitka, Alex. Arch.
History
Named in 1896 by Lieutenant Commander E. K. Moore, U.S. Navy (USN), and published in 1900 by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) on Chart 8282. The name was derived from the nearby Scraggy Islands.
