Description
Notch Creek is located flows NE to Kiruktagiak River, N of The Notch, 9.5 mi. S of Castle Mtn. and 34 mi. NW of Anaktuvuk Pass, Arctic Slope.
History
Name derived from the notch, at the streams mouth; given in 1949 by W. W. Patton U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
