Description
Garforth Island is located in Muir Inlet, in Glacier Bay National Monument, 2.3 mi. S of Muir Point, 52 mi. NW of Hoonah, St. Elias Mtns. 0.6 mile long.
History
Apparently named by the British Admiralty about 1890; published on their Chart 2431.
