Mount Case is located in Glacier Bay National Monument, 0.5 mi. N of head of White Glacier and 66 mi. NW of Juneau, St. Elias Mts.

Named in 1890 by H. F. Reid (1892, p. 30) for his school, the Case School of Applied Science, Cleveland, Ohio.
