Description
Dirt Gulch is located extends from NW slope of Mount Case NW to Adams Inlet, 2 mi. NE of Muir Point and 56 mi. NW of Hoonah, St. Elias Mts. 2.5 miles long.
History
Descriptive name given by the American Geographical Society Glacier Bay Expedition of 1941 and published in 1947. This valley was formerly occupied by Dirt Glacier, which has disappeared.
