Anabranch of Porcupine River, flows SW 11 mi. NE of Fort Yukon, Yukon Flats. 10 miles long.
History
Local name, derived from that of the Black River, which flows into the Porcupine River just east of Black River Slough. Reported in 1956 by T. E. Taylor, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
