Sugarloaf Mountain is located on W Coast of Baranof I., 4.5 mi. SE of Sitka, Alex. Arch.
History
Local descriptive name published in 1900 by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS). The mountain has a a conical shape like a loaf of refined sugar, now rarely made.
