Naerie Rock is located near mouth of Hot Springs Bay, 1.4 mi. NW of Goddard, on W coast of Baranof I., Alex. Arch.
History
Named in 1809 by the Russian navigator, Ivan Vasiliev the first; published by Lieutenant Sarichev (1826, map 19), Imperial Russian Navy (IRN), "K(amen) Nayery" or "Nayery Rock."
