Description
DeGroff Bay is located on W coast of Krestof I., 11.5 mi. NW of Sitka, Alex. Arch. 0.4 mile wide.
History
Named in 1897 by Lieutenant Commander Moore, U.S. Navy (USN), in 1897 "for DeGroff, a prominent merchant of Sitka."
