Description
Plunge Creek is located flows NE to Upikchak Creek, 46 mi. NNW of Misheguk Mtn., Arctic Slope.
History
Named by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) geologists "in 1950 because of its location near the west end of the plunging anticline" (Chapman and Sable, 1960, p. 54).
