Description
Freshwater Creek is located flows to Mitchell Bay, at head of Davis Creek, on Admiralty I., 6 mi. NE of Angoon, Alex. Arch. 2 miles long.
History
Named in 1869 by Commander R. W. Meade, U.S. Navy (USN); published in 1881 on Hydrographic Chart 882. The name does not appear on recent maps.
