Description
Quigmy River is located flows S to Togiak Bay, 12 mi. SW of Togiak, Kilbuck-Kuskokwim Mts.
History
Eskimo name "Kwegamy," meaning "river" or "in the river (kuikime)" obtained about from 1948 by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) from Frank Waskey, local trader and prospector.
