Tongue Point is located between Hagemeister Strait and Togiak Bay, 23 mi. SW of Togiak, Kilbuck-kuskokwim Mts.
History
So named in 1890 by U.S. Bureau of Fisheries (USBF) "because it is long and narrow--like a tongue."
