Whistle Ridge is located extends E from headwaters of Rock Creek 25 mi. W of Paxson, Alaska Range
History
So named in 1955 by Reuben Kachadoorian, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), "because of the abundance of whistling marmots" in the area.
