Description
Located in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area, 3.4 km (2.1 mi) east of Mosier, 0.8 km (0.5 mi) south of Memaloose State Park.
History
Named for James McClure (1796-1878), who received a donation land claim near the summit in 1852.
