Description
Located at the southern end of Broad Neck at the mouth of the Severn River, 2.7 km (1.7 mi) east northeast of the State Capitol building in downtown Annapolis. (US-T121)

Named for the Carr family, possibly Benjamin Carr, who owned over 100 acres of land in the immediate area in the late 1700s. (US-T121)
