Description
Ganes Creek is located on W bank of Ganes Creek 0.7 mi. S of its junction with Innoko River and 4.5 mi. SE of Ophir, Kilbuck-Kuskokwim Mts.
History
Mining camp established about 1908 for the lower Ganes Creek area, a post office was located here intermittently from 1940 to 1951.
