Description
Treat Island is located between Koyukuk River and Cutoff Slough, 10 mi. W of Winthrop Point, 44 mi. NW of Hochandochtla Mtn., Kokrines-Hodzana High. 16 miles long.
History
Named in 1885 by Lieutenant H. T. Allen, USA, for his classmate, Lieutenant Charles Gould Treat, USA.
