Description
White River is located heads at White River Glacier terminus, flows W and S to Gulf of Alaska, 7 mi. SE of Cape Yakataga, Chugach Mts.
History
Named in 1897 by oil prospectors; reported in 1903 by G. C. Martin, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
