Description
Clear Creek is located between Yakataga Ridge and Brower Ridge, flows W to South Channel Yagatago River, 97 mi. WNW of Yakutat, Chugach Mts. 6 miles long.
History
So named in 1945 by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) because "the water of this stream is markedly clear in contrast to the turbid waters of the neighboring glacial streams."
