Description
On the northwest end of Saint Lawrence Island, on the western side of Sevooghak Mountain, just south of Gambell, and approxiamtely 5 miles southwest of Chibukak Point.
History
Named in the 1930's by O. W. Geist, University of Alaska, for S. P. Troutman, a government teacher on the island.
