Description
In the NW part of Saint Lawrence Island, 1.6 mi SE of Chibukak Point, 3 mi. SE of Gambell.
History
Eskimo name said to mean "like the bridge of the nose" (tateghnak). The name was reported in 1949 by Major H. B. Allen, U.S. Air Force (USAF).
