Description
Ash Creek is located on Alaska Peninsula, flows WNW to Crater Creek, 5 mi. N of Black Lake and 30 mi. NW of Chignik, Aleutian Range. 4 miles long.
History
Descriptive name, "for the volcanic ash all about," recorded on a 1923 fieldsheet by R. H. Sargent, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
