Needle Peak is located on Kenai Peninsula, at head of Petrof Glacier, 30 mi. ENE of Seldovia, Chugach Mts.
History
Descriptive name reported by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) in 1912. So named "because of its pointed appearance."
