Yalik (historical) is located on SE coast of Kenai Peninsula on shore of Yalik Bay, 38 mi. E of Seldovia, Chugach Mts.

Former Indian village reported in the 1880 Census, with a population of 32, by Ivan Petroff (1884, p. 29).
