Hardover Point is located at NW tip of Nuka I., 36 mi. E of Seldovia, Chugach Mts.
History
So named by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) in 1931 "because it is necessary to put the helm hard over in making the turn in the passage."
