Description
Division Island is located in Nuka Passage, between Nuka I. and Kenai Peninsula 36 mi. E of Seldovia, Chugach Mts. 0.3 mile long.
History
Named by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS), in 1931, "because it stands nearly in the middle of Nuka Passage."
