Description
Whidbey Bay is located between Capes Fairfield and Mansfield, on Kenai Peninsula, 22 mi. SE of Seward, Chugach Mts.
History
Named in 1908 by U. S. Grant, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), "after Vancouver's Lieut, "Joseph Whidbey."
