Description
Fault Point is located on E shore of Day Harbor, 16 mi. SE of Seward, Chugach Mts.
History
So named by the 1928 U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) field party "because of two prominent faults in the cliff-line of the point which gives the crest a saw-tooth appearance."
