Cohen Island is located off E shore of Favorite Channel, 1 mi. NW of Point Stephens and 16 mi. NW of Juneau, Coast Mts. 0.1 mile long.

Named by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) and published in 1893 on Chart 8300.
