Description
Tee Harbor is located on E shore of Favorite Channel, 0.4 mi. N of Lena Cove and 15 mi. NW of Juneau, Coast Mts.
History
Named by local navigators because of its resemblance to the letter "T." In 1887 U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) called it "Stephens Cove," a name derived from Point Stevens. The name was changed to "Tee Harbor" by Board on Geographic Names (BGN).
