Description
Hells Kitchen Gulch is located extends to Chitina River, 3 mi. NW of Bear Island and 24 mi. SE of McCarthy, St. Elias Mts. 5 miles long.
History
Local name reported in 1915 by F. H. Moffit, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), derived from a nearby locality once named Hells Kitchen.
