Description
Montague Point is located on N tip of Montague I., above NW entrance to Rocky Bay, 36 mi. ENE of Chenega, Chugach Mts.
History
Named in 1902 by Ferdinand Westdahl, U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS). It was called "Punta de Aliaga" by Don Ignacio Arteaga in 1779.
