Description
Goat Harbor is located enters Puget Bay on SE coast of Kenai Peninsula, 34 mi. SE of Seward, Chugach Mts. 1 mile wide.
History
So named by the 1928 U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) field party "because of the numerous wild goats found in this vicinity."
