Description
Located in the Caribbean Sea off the S coast of the Island of St. Croix, just S of the Hess Oil Refinery at the entrance to Krause Lagoon, 3.5 km (2.2 mi) SE of Alexander Hamilton Airport.
History
Named for the wife of the owner of the Harvey Alumina Plant. Constructed in 1965 from material dredged by construction of new Krause Lagoon Channel.
