Located in Sesti Tgawaals Wildlife Area, at the N end of Howard Bay, on the W shore of Upper Klamath Lake, 16 km (10 mi) NW of Klamath Falls
History
The name is of Klamath origin and is derived from that of nearby Sesti Tgawaals Point which reportedly translates to "Shasta standing on the end".
