Description
Located 0.8 km (0.5 mi) north of the Oregon-California boundary, 48 km (30 mi) south of Grants Pass, within the Red Buttes Wilderness.
History
Named for Ezra Sherman Tanner (ca. 1820-1877), who received a donation land claim in the area in 1854.
