Description
Located in the Ruby Mountains, just west of the head of Right Fork Lamoille Creek, 1.3 km (0.8 mi) east of Echo Lake, 14 km (9 mi) south-southeast of Lamoille; in Humboldt National Forest/Lamoille Canyon Scenic Area.

Named for mountain goats seen in the area.
