Description
Located 153 km (95 mi) northeast of Kansas City and 209 km (130 mi) south-southeast of Utica.
History
Platted in 1837 and named for Chillicothe, Ohio. "Chillicothe" is a Shawnee Indian word for "the big town where we live." (US-T125/MO/p476)
