Description
Heads in a marshy area at the north end of the City of Oakdale, just southeast of the intersection of State Route 5 and Interstate 694, flows east-southeast then southeast to enter the north end of Eagle Point Lake in the City of Lake Elmo.
History
Named for William Raleigh (1867-1942), who purchased property along the stream in 1904.
