Description
Patsy Slough is located anabranch, of Yukon River E of Big Island, flows SW 3 mi. NE of Nulato, Koyukuk Low.
History
Local name reported in 1954 by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). Name published as "Island Slough" in 1898 by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS). Lieutenant L. A. Zagoskin, Imperial Russian Navy (IRN), reported the Indian name, "Notliagepiaita," in 1842-44.
