Description
Dillinger River is located heads near Shellabarger Pass in Kichatna Mts., flows W 30 mi. to South Fork Kuskokwim River, 2 mi. NE of Farewell Lake and 70 mi. SE of McGrath; Kuskokwim Low.

named in 1899 by Lieutenant J. S. Herron, USA, for Private Gilbert Dillinger, a member of his party.
