Description
Moore Nunatak is located at junction of Agassiz Glacier and Malaspina Glacier, 5 mi. SW of Samovar Hills and 57 mi. NW of Yakutat, St. Elias Mts.
History
Named by I. C. Russell, in 1891, presumably for Will C. Moore, a member of his party, who was drowned while landing at Icy Bay on June 6, 1891.
