Description
Rodman Glacier is located on SW slope of Brabazon Range, trends S to its 1961 terminus on Ustay Lake, 40 mi. SE of Yakutat, St. Elias Mts.
History
Named by Lieutenant Commander Moser (1901, p. 387), U.S. Navy (USN), for Lieutenant Hugh Rodman, U.S. Navy (USN), a member of his organization. Lieutenant Rodman had charge of a traverse party from Yakutat to Dry Bay.
