Description
Moser Glacier is located heads on S slope of Crescent Mtn., and trends W to 1961 terminus at head of Moser Creek, 24 mi. E of Yakutat, St. Elias Mts.
History
Named by U.S. Bureau of Fisheries (USBF) for Lieutenant Commander Jefferson Franklin Moser, U.S. Navy (USN), 1848-1934, who, as commander of the Fish Commission streamer Albatross, made a reconnaissance trip to this region in 1901.
