Anan Lagoon is located at mouth of Anan Creek, empties into Anan Bay, 3 mi. E of mouth of Bradfield Canal, at Ernest Sound, Alex. Arch.; 0.2 mile wide.

Name derived from Anan Bay; published in 1924 by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS).
