Description

On S shore of Bradfield Canal, 3 mi. E of its mouth at Ernest Sound, Alex. Arch. 1 mile wide.

History

Named in 1886 by Lieutenant Commander A. S. Snow, U.S. Navy (USN). This feature was called "Humpback Bay" in 1904 by H. C. Fassett, U.S. Bureau of Fisheries (USBF).
