Description
Delta River is located heads at Tangle Lakes, flows N to Tanana River at Big Delta, Tanana Low. 80 miles long.
History
Descriptively named in 1885 by Lieutenant Allen (1887, pl. 3), USA. Its Indian name was "Thothendig" according to J. T. Geoghegan in 1904.
