Description
Echo Cove is located on S tip of Catherine I., off NE coast of Baranof I., Alex. Arch. 0.2 mile wide.
History
Local name reported in 1935 by P. S. Smith, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). The name was suggested "by perfect echoes audible on boats anchored there."
