NE coast of Prince of Wales Island, flows N to Clarence Strait, SE of Kashevarof Passage, 1.6 km (1.1 mi) SE of Coffman Island and 58 km (36 mi) SSW of Wrangell, Alex. Arch. 4 miles long.
History
Local name reported in 1961 by U.S. Forest Service (USFS), probably named because of heavy chum salmon spawning in it.
